A urine test kit is sent to the shipping address you provide on joining. You simply need to collect a urine sample first thing in the morning, freeze it and return it following the instructions in the kit. 

The test covers vitamins, minerals, amino acids and heavy metal toxins as well as cellular level organic acids as indicators for malabsorption, dysbiosis, yeast/fungal infection, mitochondrial function, carbohydrate/protein/fat metabolism, methylation, oxalates, neurotransmitters and metabolites of oxidative damage.

Tests like cholesterol or kidney function baseline blood tests. Whilst they are important and can be easily arranged for you as a club member depending on your needs, the metabolic biomarker tests provides a level of insight into your biochemistry that you simply cannot get off the shelf or from your usual GP. As well as this, the tests included in the twice yearly panel provide key target areas for intervention and lifestyle focus and remove the guesswork when making choices about what to eat or supplement for example.

You will be sent a separate biological age test. This is a fingerprick blood test which you can do from the comfort of you own home. Allow to air dry and return to the lab.

You will automatically receive a new biological age test every 114 days to ensure you stay on track to reverse ageing.

Results take 28 days to process due to the detailed lab analysis that takes place.

There are monthly results reveal online sessions where I share insights related to test results. You r test results will be anonymised. and you will be sent your report and priority actions after thisl.
